Hi, I would like to leave a 5-star review for the excellent service and professionalism they have. Both Tim and Kaye have a vast knowledge when it comes to knowing how to help newbies like me. I found myself in a position of trying to sell a family home that I hadn't visited in 40yrs., and I live 1,500 miles away from it. They walked (held my hand) me through every step making sure that I understood the process, so that I could make informed decisions. They went above and beyond what I would consider the norm to get this house ready to sell including, referring contractors, cleaning services, and even coordinating with the neighbors for keys, since I wasn't there.

They put together a strategy to market this out of the way property and it worked. I had "7" offers to consider on the first day it went on the market. All because of their upfront work! They made an impossible feat, a joy and stress less experience with their attention to detail and their attentiveness to my particular situation. They were very available by phone and email. When they couldn't talk to me immediately, they would tell me their earliest time and then ALWAYS kept their word and got in touch with me!!! (huge) Using their pricing strategies, I received over the asking price for my property. They were humble, lovely people who knew what they were doing and more than earned the commission they received.
